1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using FormulaHero, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-in. FormulaHero is a product of Strategizer CommV, Belgium.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use FormulaHero for personal or professional purposes. You may not resell the software, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
3. Subscription and Payment
FormulaHero operates on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Early Adopter pricing is locked for life for users who subscribed during the early access period.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. After cancellation, the add-in will continue to work until the end of your paid period. No refunds are issued for already processed periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use FormulaHero for illegal purposes, to overload or hack the service, or to infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts in case of abuse. FormulaHero applies a fair use policy. In cases of abnormally high automated usage (more than 100 formulas per day), we reserve the right to investigate the account and contact the user if necessary. This policy is intended to guarantee a quality service for all users.
6. Availability
We strive for maximum service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is carried out outside business hours where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
FormulaHero is provided "as is". Strategizer CommV is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the add-in. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 3 months.
8. Changes
We may modify these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Belgium.
