How do I install FormulaHero?
Open Excel, go to Insert → Add-ins → Get Office Add-ins, search for "FormulaHero" and click Add. The add-in will appear in your ribbon.
I don't see the add-in in Excel after installation.
Close Excel completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, remove the add-in and reinstall it from the Office Add-ins store.
My activation code doesn't work.
Make sure you copy the code exactly without extra spaces. The code is case-sensitive. Also verify you're using the email address you used when purchasing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account on the website, go to Dashboard → Manage Subscription. You can cancel at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your paid period.
Does FormulaHero work on Mac?
Yes! FormulaHero works on Excel for Mac (Microsoft 365), Excel for Windows, and Excel for the web.
Can I use FormulaHero on multiple devices?
Yes, you can install FormulaHero on up to 2 devices using the same account.
I get an error when generating a formula.
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, send us an email describing the formula you were trying to generate.
